Stay at Home - Health/Wellness Favorites

IMG_6657.jpg

Well we’ve been home for months now and the thing that is keeping me sane is staying active. I most recently completed a 30 day workout program with a few friends in the confines of our own homes. Coupled with joining several different live streamed classes which have now become the norm, I have found a groove with this new “routine” and have also found some new favorites in the health/wellness/fitness department. Below is a breakdown of all of my current faves and daily uses.

The hot gel paired with the waist trimmer will most definitely give you a great sweat in the mid section.

These cloth fabric resistance bands will not roll up during an intense workout. I love the colors and the quality is A+

  • Bubba - stainless steel water bottle

During these warmer summer months, I like to keep my water as cold as possible while trying to drink as much as I can. This water bottle is sweat proof and keeps my water cold for hours on hand. I fill up 3-4 times a day and know I am intaking the right amount for my body.

This powder isn’t a new favorite but I had to include here. When I initially started using this one, I was actually looking for a protein powder that would mix well and taste great with water only. Not all protein powders are equal in this instance. The chocolate tastes AMAZING with water and it’s a calorie saver!

I have also been using these electrolyte powders for over a year now and I can’t get enough. Mix with water as a pre/post workout drink to keep your energy levels high or when you are craving a sweet drink. Game changer.

  • Goli - apple cider vinegar gummies

I tried actual apple cider vinegar once as a shot and I will NEVER do that again. It was worse than taking a shot of Patron in my opinion. I am glad a friend of mine put me on to these gummies. You get the same benefits of ACV plus some. And they taste great. Use the link provided to get a discount on your first purchase!

  • Ritual - essential women’s multi vitamins

Honestly, I was sucked in by the Instagram ads on these vitamins. I read up on how they source their supplements and also how there aren’t any “extras” in these daily women’s vitamins. These only include nutrients women may lack with a balanced diet and nutrition. No fillers and they taste minty so no nausea! I have another friend who is taking the Ritual Prenatal. Check them out with the link provided for $15 off!

I hope that everyone has found some peace during this time and I encourage us all to continue to move our bodies and purposefully take care of each and every one of them. Stay safe :)

xoxo,
